The basic principle of the Toggle Stripping tool is its ability to automatically control the cutting depth of the blade by clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation about the cable. Clockwise rotation cuts deep;anti-clockwise rotation cuts shallow. These two distinct cuts are required when performing a two-step strip
